Please read my full terms before contacting me about my services. I appreciate the time you take to do this, as it allows us to be on the same page throughout the commission process!

Overview

• Contact Me: After reading, contact me on your platform of choice. I'm available at all of the links provided, but will be quickest to respond on Discord (Summah#0929).• Approval and Wait Time: I will tell you my queue status and send a brief questionnaire to fill out about your image. Please answer in the format provided, as it helps me keep your information organized. Note that I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, including but not limited to requested subject matter I am not proficient in or comfortable with. Once accepted, I will give you an estimate and timeline based on the details provided. On average, an image will take a month to complete once started, but timeline can vary. If your wait will be longer than expected I will update you.• Payment: I will provide an estimate based on our agreed upon pose and details. A payment of at least 50% is expected in full to Paypal (USD) after a thumbnail is agreed upon, and 100% after approval of the "final draft" (before final render).• Refunds: A partial refund may be negotiable in the initial rough sketch stage. No refunds will be given once I begin refining your commission. A refund will be offered if I cannot deliver the piece within the discussed time frame and there is no desire to extend the timeline (this does NOT include your piece being put on hold because of loss of contact). Dissatisfaction with the piece does not warrant a refund, as you will have multiple opportunities to provide feedback and request changes.• Updates: I will send you multiple updates throughout the process. If you would like to have edits made, please request them as early in the process as possible. Edits requested after the appropriate stage will incur a fee proportionate to the size of the change.• Completion: I will send you a low resolution, watermarked piece to share publicly, and a full resolution image for your private use.

Process

• Please provide me with a reliable contact to reach you. I will be reaching out and sending images multiple times throughout the process, including thumbnail, rough sketch, final sketch/lines, flats, and render stages, as well as for input as needed. If I cannot contact you, your image may be put on indefinite hold until contact resumes.• Turnaround time is approximately one month and I will inform you if there are any changes to your timeline. Please let me know if the commission is time sensitive, as it will affect the pricing and may influence whether I take on the piece.• Based upon your answers to the questionnaire provided, I will create several thumbnails to choose from. These will be very rough and simple. Once a thumbnail is approved, I will request at least 50% payment before sending a refined version of the sketch for further feedback.• I will send more images at pivotal phases of the piece, concluding with the "final draft" where major changes can be made, around the 75% completion mark. After approval, I will request full payment (if not already given) and begin the final render. Please note this phase is the most intensive and it can be difficult to judge how long it will take. I often will not send further image updates during this phase, but will stay in contact for the remainder of the process.• Major revisions after the appropriate stage (i.e. pose changes after the sketch was approved and rendering has begun, extreme color changes well into the render) will incur an additional fee. No major changes can be made once the piece is finished, however simple adjustments can be made free of charge.

Commission Usage

• The commissioned art is for personal use only, such as wallpapers, avatars, etc. Do not edit or alter the image, other than cropping for use in avatars, etc. To prevent theft, please share only the watermarked image on public platforms. Printing for yourself (not selling) is considered personal use, but please contact me so I can convert the file for printing. If the main purpose of the image is for print, please inform me before the process begins so I can start the work in CMYK versus RGB.• The art may NOT be used for commercial purposes, and under no circumstances can you generate income with this artwork. Purchasing my services does not entitle you to claim the image as your own creation or to redistribute the artwork for profit (including but not limited to NFTs, prints, etc). Redistribution or promotional work, for use on any platforms where you will be earning money, requires additional contract writing.• I retain the right to utilize the artwork for portfolio purposes as needed, including on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to payment. If the image is for strictly private use, it may influence the pricing and my ability to accept your commission.
